What computer do you need?
Unlike other systems that require specialist platforms and additional video processing boards, the Jet ANPR recognition engine runs on a standard Windows based PC.
However, The correct PC specification is absolutely critical for high performance Jet ANPR systems.
PC Requirements
- AGP slot
- PCI / Eisa slots
- Minimal PCI chip set/slot distance for high speed data transfer (PCI slots on ‘riser' cards are undesirable)
- Operating System – Windows XP-Pro
