APT DEMONSTRATES TRUE THEME OF INTEGRATION AND CONTROL FOR PEOPLE IN MOTION

On stand P10 at Parkex, the APT Controls Group will be demonstrating how it is developing the very latest intelligent solutions for people in motion with a key theme of ‘integration’.

APT’s expertise embraces innovations and technological developments that address key urban issues in parking and parking management, electric vehicle (EV) charging, traffic management and signage, and road safety systems to enable vehicles and people to move around freely, in a safe environment.

On the stand APT Skidata will be hosting a simulation of the central and remote control of the parking environment, to demonstrate how costs can be optimised, productivity increased and revenue protection enhanced. It will demonstrate the changes to its Parking.Logic software, which has a number of additional parking products and features to increase the possibilities for revenue generation.

APT Skidata will also demonstrate how its technology can integrate seamlessly with CRM systems and loyalty reward schemes to increase customer loyalty. In addition APT Skidata will demonstrate its new Barrier.Gate, which addresses environmental considerations with its ultra-low power consumption.

Sister business Veri-park will be exhibiting both of its latest payment kiosks, but similarly showing how its software is able to interface with ‘outside world’ technology such as ANPR and bring a new way of thinking to parking management. It enables the very latest barrier and barrier-less systems to be installed, and harnesses the power of the internet to deliver a range of web-based and mobile services to enhance the consumer’s parking experience from initial booking through to final payment, while at an operational level, new Cloud-based services facilitate the better management of systems via the web.

Three new products from Evolt – including its new dual rapid EV charging point (which can simultaneously charge at both 43kW AC and 50kW DC), the StreetPost (with video screen for potential advertisers) and MultiPoint technology – will all be on display, but more importantly, so too will their ability to integrate seamlessly with both the APT Skidata and Veri-park technologies to prove how a mixed portfolio of products can be adopted and installed on a single site.
