Service and Support Contracts
Three levels of service contract are available, from the basic level of preventative maintenance up to an all-inclusive agreement covering breakdown, parts and labour.

ServiceCare
This is the basic level of care. It includes an agreed number of preventative maintenance visits but excludes breakdown, parts and labour.
- Preventative maintenance
- Safety checks – mechanical and electrical safety checks carried out to ensure the safety of all APT products
- Targeted response time within 48 working hours
Extended ServiceCare
For greater piece of mind and ideal for heavily used systems, this contract covers preventative maintenance as well as a full breakdown service including labour. Parts are charged at a discounted rate.

- Targeted response time within 24 working hours
APTCare
For maximum peace of mind, this service contract includes an agreed number of preventative maintenance visits, as well as all breakdown parts and labour. Also available with ‘out-of-hours’ emergency response.

- Priority response time target at less than 24 hours
- Safety checks – mechanical and electrical safety checks carried out to ensure the safety of all APT products
- Targeted response time within 8 working hours
We offer significant discounts on APTCare contracts taken out during the first three months of the equipment warranty period, thus ensuring you will receive many years of budgeted cost for maintenance and any breakdown repair.
Our products carry a full 12-month warranty against failure provided the equipment is correctly maintained, which any of our maintenance contracts will ensure. Should you have any special requirements we can arrange a contract to suit your needs, be this extended cover out-of-hours or alternative response times. All contracts exclude consumables, accidental damage and damage caused by vandalism.
