APT 30SM (Surface Mount Deployable Bollard) Patent Pending
APT introduce the world's first surface mounted bolt down bollard, fully tested with 7.5 tonne vehicle travelling at 48kph (30mph). This new bollard is ideal for bolting into existing foundations/suspended slabs and/or for temporary protection at short/medium term events/facilities.
- Designed for threats of up to 30mph at 7.5 tonne
- Bolts to existing foundations and suspended slabs e.g. at shopping centres
- The product can be easily installed and removed providing temporary protection
- A 219 diameter bollard when painted or stainless sleeved

CRASH TESTED SHALLOW RANGE
APT 30SH
The APT30SH is a 400mm foundation “complete” bollard. This bollard is manufactured and delivered complete with integral re-bar cage, making this the easiest product to install. The APT30SH is fully impact tested as a single unit with single foundation – helping to simplify installation programmes.

Consider this carefully!!!
The initial purchase cost of the APT30SH may be higher than that of other medium depth static bollards. However, you must take into account the numerous costs incurred when installing static bollards that do not come complete with the integral re-bar cage. When comparing the overall cost of each option (integral rebar v no integral rebar), it doesn't take long to realise that the APT30SH is a great choice.
Rebar Design Costs
Standard rebar schedules are for straight flat runs only. Extra costs are incurred when bespoke rebar schedules are required to allow for corners, bends and inclines. As APT30SH's are individually installed corners, bends and inclines present no such cost.
